The issues preventing the Helpdesk usability are resolved. It required a complete reinstall of both the server Operating System and the Helpdesk software due to data corruption. As a result we need you to re-enter any open issues that you may have.
Going forward, all tech support requests need to go through the Helpdesk, as they used to. If your computer is down or you have no means of communication with the Helpdesk, call us and we’ll create a ticket on your behalf.
Helpdesk tickets are created in 3 different ways:
- Through the Helpdesk website
- By emailing helpdesk AT jerrypate DOT com
- On your behalf by the IS Department.
Once your ticket is closed, you’ll be sent a link to a IS Department Customer Satisfaction Survey. Please take a moment to answer the survey for each ticket. This will help us to help you better.
